Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pak965 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), which operates the online gaming information and services portal accessible at pak965.cam. These Terms apply in full to your access to and use of the pak965 platform, including all sports betting, live casino, slot games, bonus programmes and associated services made available through it.

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using pak965, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the pak965 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on pak965, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You are aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Meeting the minimum age requirement does not make gambling lawful in Pakistan — you remain responsible for compliance with local law.
2. You are registering as an individual and not as an agent, trustee, corporation or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party.
3. You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which the Services are explicitly prohibited or regulated in a manner that prevents lawful access.
4. You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by the Platform for breach of these Terms.
5. You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant or agent of pak965, nor a close family member of any such person.
6. You are capable of entering into a legally binding contract and are not under any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.

pak965 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend Account access pending satisfactory verification. Accepted documents include government-issued identity documents such as a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence.

Account Registration

Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a Restricted Activity under Section 08.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and truthful information in all registration fields.
• Keep your Account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify pak965 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Update your Account details promptly if any information changes.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.

pak965 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. If you believe your Account has been compromised, contact support immediately at [email protected].

Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You acknowledge that:

• All gaming and betting activity on pak965 is subject to the rules published for each game or market, which form part of these Terms.
• Odds, lines and game outcomes are determined by the Platform's systems and/or third-party providers. pak965 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return.
• The Platform may experience downtime for maintenance, technical issues or regulatory compliance. pak965 will not be liable for losses arising from planned or unplanned service interruptions where reasonable notice has been given where practicable.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that results in an incorrectly displayed price, odds error or game error, pak965 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return stakes to the User's Account.
• You access the Platform on your own initiative and at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that local laws in your location — including in cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar — permit such access.

pak965 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or modify any Service at any time without prior notice where required by applicable law, regulatory guidance, or platform integrity requirements.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with the Platform's published payment procedures. The following conditions apply:

• You may only deposit funds from a payment source held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by the Platform and displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, satisfaction of any outstanding Wagering Requirements before funds can be released.
• Processing times for withdrawals depend on the payment method selected and are subject to the Platform's standard processing schedule. Timeframes are indicative only and not guaranteed.
• pak965 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cash, anonymous payment instruments or third-party e-wallets not recognised by the Platform.

All transaction amounts may be referenced in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) on your Account dashboard. Actual settlement currency may differ depending on the operator's licensing jurisdiction. You are responsible for any currency conversion costs that may apply.

pak965 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Platform may request additional documentation before processing the transaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

pak965 offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict, the bonus-specific terms prevail.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each bonus offer page. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Sports bets, live casino games, slots and other categories may each carry a different contribution percentage, which is stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active and Wagering Requirements remain unsatisfied, a maximum bet limit per round or per selection applies. Placing bets above this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap. Any amount exceeding the cap will not be transferable to a withdrawable balance.
• Validity Period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated Wagering Requirements that remain incomplete at expiry will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• One Bonus Per User: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address and device. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times constitute a Restricted Activity.
• No Abuse Policy: pak965 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold withdrawals where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a bonus has been claimed or used in bad faith, including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies or systematic play designed to exploit promotional terms.

pak965 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, the Platform will honour any bonus already credited to an Account at the time of withdrawal, subject to the original terms of that promotion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak965 Platform. Engaging in any Restricted Activity may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account or accessing the Platform through another person's Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the Platform if you are below the required minimum age.
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, exploit or circumvent any game, system, security feature or promotional mechanism on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit odds, or interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by pak965.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider information exploitation or any activity that compromises the integrity of any sporting event or casino game.
• Using the Platform to launder money or for any other purpose connected with financial crime.
• Depositing funds via a payment method not held in your own name or using stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion or responsible gambling restriction applied to your Account or to any other Account.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing pak965 support staff or other users.

pak965 cooperates with relevant authorities in the investigation of criminal activity including fraud and money laundering. Where required by law, User Account information and transaction data may be disclosed to law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pak965 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software code and page layouts — is the property of pak965 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from pak965.
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the Platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling or similar data-gathering tools on the Platform.

The pak965 name, brand identity and associated marks are the proprietary identifiers of this Platform. Nothing in these Terms grants any right to use these marks without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak965 excludes all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue or loss of goodwill, whether or not such loss was foreseeable.
• Any inaccuracy, error or omission in any content published on the Platform.
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics or game rules.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, cyberattacks or data breaches beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers or other service providers integrated into the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits pak965's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Suspension & Termination

pak965 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Engagement in any Restricted Activity as defined in Section 08.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• A User's voluntary request to close their Account.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that prevent the Platform from continuing to offer Services to the User.

Upon termination for breach, any balance remaining in the Account — including pending bonus funds and associated winnings — may be forfeited at the Platform's discretion. Where Account closure is initiated by the User in good standing, any withdrawable balance will be returned subject to standard verification and processing requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its applicable operating licence. The specific jurisdiction is determined by the operator and is referenced in the operator's licensing documentation.

For Pakistani Users, these Terms do not create any submission to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in respect of disputes between the User and the Platform, and do not constitute a representation that the Services are lawful in Pakistan. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the operator's licensing body.

Amendments

pak965 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Platform will provide reasonable notice by:

• Updating the "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page.
• Displaying a notification banner on the Platform at login.
• Sending a notification to the email address registered to your Account where the changes are significant.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pak965 recommends checking this page each time you access the Platform, particularly ahead of making deposits or claiming promotional offers.
